Vaatsalya Hospitals observed World AIDS Day on December 01, 2011. Doctors, nurses, and other employees wore Red Ribbons as a sign of solidarity for people living with HIV/AIDS. Ribbons were also distributed to patients and visitors. Dr. Renu Kumar from Vaatsalya Hospital, Vizianagaram, gave a health talk on “Prevention & Control of AIDS” in Tribal Welfare College, Maharanipet, Vizianagaram. In Narasannapeta, Dr. Golvi Mohan gave a lecture on “Importance of observing World Aids Day” at Gyana Jyothy Junior and Degree college, Narasannapeta college.
