RSBY is a government initiative to provide health insurance for BPL families, domestic workers, street vendors, Bidi workers, rag pickers, Autoricks & taxi drivers, safai karmacharis, construction workers, postmen, railway porters & hawkers. This scheme is run by the labour department & http://datingsupportnetwork.com/the-tao-of-badass
not by the Health department.
For all above mentioned workers except BPL families & domestic workers data should come from various government departments. Domestic workers can be enrolled in this scheme by employers.
For Domestic worker 2 certificates mentioned out of 4 is required
1) owner letter that he or she is working in their house
2) society certificate that he or she is working in this complex
3) trade union certificate
4) local police record

Per Family of 5, 1 yearly Rs. 30,000 hospitalisation is covered free of cost, one time payment of Rs.30 for card is required.
