As 2018 comes to an end, its time to plan my reading list for 2019. Please do send me your recommendations/ideas.

All you need is Love: The art of mindful parenting
– Shelja Sen
A simple and well written book on parenting, which puts the child in the focus.

A classic from the 70’s which i picked up to learn about how the mindfulness movement started. Its origins in psychedelics and the people behind it is quite interesting.
