As 2018 comes to an end, its time to plan my reading list for 2019. Please do send me your recommendations/ideas.

A fascinating account of the human potential movement and its origin in Big Sur & Esalen

– Shelja Sen

A simple and well written book on parenting, which puts the child in the focus.

Be Here Now

– By Ram Dass

A classic from the 70’s which i picked up to learn about how the mindfulness movement started. Its origins in psychedelics and the people behind it is quite interesting.

A personal and hard hitting account of a mental health professional who overcame her own struggles.
